Shipping policy
To facilitate a smooth and efficient shipping process, NatueU has partnered with reputed logistic partners for our shipping services.
We ensure that
- all our products reach you in the best of conditions with no damages
- packaging materials used is of the best quality and sourced from reliable vendors
- thorough testing of package worthiness is undertaken before using them for shipping and delivery
Shipping Destination:
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within Hong Kong (Hong Kong site) and the United States (US site).
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. But we will soon expand to other geographies.
Tax Fee:
Our prices are tax-inclusive, so customers are not required to pay additional taxes.
Shipping Fees:
- Free shipping on orders over $200. A $30 shipping fee applies to orders under $200.
Shipping Time:
US Site:
- Processing time: 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays), any orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped out on Monday. Any orders placed after 3pm on Saturday will be processed on Monday.
- Shipping time: 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays)
HK Site:
-Processing Time: 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Saturday will be processed on Monday.

Order Confirmation & Processing:
- As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
- Our team will process the order and hand over to the logistic partner to deliver at your shipping address.
- In case, our logistic partner is unable to reach you at the shipping address or at the suitable time provided by you, then our logistic partner shall contact you to resolve the same.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our shipping carrier's website.
